Ashley the receptionist was really kind to me over the phone, and she even found towing coverage I didn’t know I had. This helped me move my truck out of Royal GMC and over to Quebedeaux. My experience at Quebedeaux was so much better. Albert my service advisor was polite, and communicative. He walked me through the steps of the process of repair, and offered a firm handshake in person. This is the type of experience I expect when I go to GMC. Professional grade

Disappointed with the service department. I had to get off my vehicle and go to the service desk in order to be acknowledged, when the service was completed I had to ask if my vehicle had been completed after waiting for several minutes. I also requested a list of any services that be due or coming up based on mileage, I thought it was with the paperwork that I received but was surprised that it was not included. Service manager seemed preoccupied I was told by friends that the service was better than Royal GMC but I disagree.

I have not been satisfied with the services provided by Quebedeaux in the past and this visit was not much better. The vehicle was there for two days and no notification on the first day on how long it would take. When the vehicle was returned to me it was dirty. When it went in it was clean. We will take the vehicle to another dealer to have service done in the future.

am reaching out in regards to the 2020 GMC Yukon my wife just purchased on the 14th of June, we have had nothing but troubles with the vehicle. Since the 14th we have brought the vehicle back in on Tuesday due to driveability issues. Was informed on Thursday the vehicle had been repaired and was all good to go. Now comes the kicker, 2 days after receiving the vehicle back l, it began flashing the check engine light and have similar issues. Been in contact with Adam from service and he told me to continue to drive the vehicle and drive it like I stole it to see if the issue persists. Today the 26 the vehicle has left my wife and 6 month on baby stranded on the side of the road pouring white smoke and misfiring like crazy. I need to speak with a general manager ASAP!

I brought my 2006 Chevrolet Colorado in for an oil change and any applicable servicing. One of the items was the brake fluid service. After the repairs were completed, and I paid, I was on my way home when I noticed the braking was soft. I immediately contacted Albert, who helped me out earlier, and he told me to bring it back immediately. The braking issue was addressed promptly, and I was back on the road within a couple of hours.

Just paid $2,500+ for repairs and service. Many times I wonder if every service is really performed. Hard to tell for the things I can't see. I do know the tires got rotated because tire pressures were NOT corrected and TPMS NOT relearned. I had to do that myself. This why auto service gets a bad rap.

The service was horrible; I understood the service that I needed done was going to take a few days to complete, but after three days I had to keep calling to get an update just to be told the vehicle had just entered to bay for work the night prior. When the process got to a week (I was supposed to be put on a waiting list for a loaner car from the beginning and never got one), again I had to keep calling to get updates and at one point I couldn't even get a call back after leaving numerous messages with the service operator leaving my number for the service person that was in charge of my service to call me back, also tried the direct line and nothing; I eventually had to leave work and walk into the service section just to get an update, that happened two times. After that first week I eventually get told that even though we all thought the work that was getting completed was supposed to be covered under warranty is not, and that now I owe almost $900, and all this is while my vehicle has been there a week already and it pretty much leave me no choice but to have to pay. To further add insult to injury, mid-second week when I am anticipating getting my vehicle back any moment now, I get a call back saying my vehicle had to be jump started and that I need a new battery; even though when my vehicle was turned in I had zero battery problems and most likely died and went bad while getting work done and sitting there with you guys, for over a week now. Luckly to my benefit the battery had just been replaced last year by you guys and was under warranty, but that information was only known because I brought up the purchase from last year, because if I didn't bring that up, I would have been charged again even though that battery was under warranty still. I understand that the service team has a lot of other work, but some of these things were totally unacceptable; I am a military veteran that continued to work after retirement, and I could only imagine if I would have been out of town for work how this process would have played out for my wife. I will never purchase again and this dealership nor get any services done.

For years, I have struggled with the way this service department is operated. It’s frustrating from the get go as clients congregate at the service desk without anyone greeting you or simply making eye contact which leads to people getting helped not in the order they arrived but whomever is the most assertive when an advisor simply says “next”. There are two highlights however; that’s the shuttle driver who is such a polite person to EVERYONE he encounters and the service advisor I had yesterday, Dillon Montgomery. He was polite, spoke clearly, and made me feel like his goal was to keep me updated on the progress of my truck. He mentioned that he is relatively new and I hope that his commitment to providing good service to Quebedeaux’s service clients continues and does not get extinguished by being surrounded by co-workers that don’t demonstrate behaviors that make clients feel valued. Exemplary service is attainable. Just visit the service departments of Tucson Subaru, Desert Toyota, and Infiniti of Tucson to see evidence of that.

Good communication throughout, even if it did take over 3 months to get a part in. Once it was in, the repair was done quickly. There was a new scratch on the rear driver’s side of the truck, but it wasn’t worth mentioning and risking my truck being out of commission even longer. Overall, the folks at the dealership and in service were kind, communicated well, and responded to any call I made/message I left. Getting a loaner that was of a decent size (I have to kids in rear-facing car seats) was a little more difficult, and the first one I drove for two months had a windshield with distortions in it (hard to get used to but I eventually did. It was the only loaner they had)…but at least I got a loaner.

Only issues that I have had in previous visits for oil changes was oil was spilled all around the cap, valve cover had oil stains on it where nothing was wiped after it was spilled. Our initial salesperson was new and wasn’t able to answer our questions. She had to either get on the computer or go and ask someone else to find answers. Although having her willingness to go and find answers, we spent twice the amount of time in the showroom even before we got to discussing purchase terms. It would have been helpful if the new salesperson spent more time learning about the vehicles for sale on the lot before being allowed to meet with customers. Once we found someone else to answer our questions, it was better. Once we made a deal, signed papers- we were given the same original new salesperson lady and we never did get a demo/intro to all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. We even came back the next morning to see if SOMEONE ELSE could show us a demo/intro to using the screen, available options, and buttons- NO LUCK! This was disappointing! I’ve been spending lots of additional time on my own trying to figure out the screen, options and buttons. I am already nervous about future service with this dealer. The second salesman on the first day was knowledgeable (unavailable on the second day). The finance officer was professional and knowledgeable.

The vehicle was dropped off on Monday September 8 for the engine recall. We were told it would take a couple of days but were not offered a vehicle since out tuck would be there overnight. We did not hear from the service department until Friday, September 12th, and that was after sending a text message on Thursday to inquire on the status of the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, which was clean when it went into service, it had smudges and grease on the paint in several areas. Around the doors, the front fenders and there were even smudges on the running boards. The service at Quebedeaux has gone downhill over the years.

The service was ok but the technician’s finger print was all over the driver’s sun shade when I got the car. I have to clean it after the service coz the driver’s sun shade became dirty with tech’s finger print on it.

Really disappointed with my experience here. I brought my truck in before for the same issue, but they fixed something else and told me it was safe to drive. I had to go out of town, and another shop later told me it actually wasn’t safe at all. I brought it back again and even showed videos of the issue, but was told it was “normal.” They kept my truck for a full week, said nothing was wrong, and “Albert” didn’t return my calls or texts for three days. After all that, they still tried to charge me even though nothing was actually fixed.

Vehicle was ready when promised my concern is on the 6.2 L engine that’s in my Sierra the detective part and I don’t understand how oil is gonna fix that I think it’s just putting a Band-Aid on a severe wound. What’s the next step when all these vehicles are failing, let’s just hope somebody doesn’t get hurt in the process meaning the person that bought the vehicle And their families also I understand that motor oil changes are gonna go up to about 100 and some dollars I think that’s ridiculous. The problem was created by faulty parts installed by or sold by GM my processor my thoughts are you keep the oil changes as normal for a 0.20 laid oil on GM picked up the difference between that price and what you wanna charge You can always give me a call. You’ve got my numbers through cable and look forward to talking to you.

This car and the deal is great, we had some communication issues with our salesman. We paid cash for our new car which required us to get a cashiers check. Our salesman Chet told us the day the car would be in but not the time or the final exact total for the check. We had to ask several times for the amount. On the day of delivery we get an email at 11:30am from a manager asking us if we are keeping our appt. We called Chet and asked him if we had an appt. And he said yes at 1:00pm. So we then had to rush to the bank and drive to the dealer, (over an hour away). If the communication would have been better this would have been a lot less stressful.

This is the 4th time in 1 1/2 years I have brought my 2024 Terrian in. The suspension sway bay broke for the 2nd time and I am questioning quality as everyone hits potholes (non aggressively) and I don’t see a line of cars needing replacements.i am concerned about the longevity of this vehicles as my previous GM vehicles lasted years without issues. I love my Terrian though am concerned taking it on a long trip. Service was great as usual with Adam.
